This Privacy Policy explains what information Brandzy Creative Studio collects through its website, why it is used, how it is protected and how visitors may contact the studio about their information.

Who we are
Brandzy Creative Studio is a branding and AI advertising studio based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, working with clients across India and internationally.
The website operator is Brandzy Creative Studio. For anything relating to this policy, write to studio@brandzycreatives.com.
Scope of this policy
This policy applies to information collected through:
- brandzycreatives.com
- Contact and project-enquiry forms on the website
- Direct communication that follows a website enquiry
- Website-security and abuse-prevention systems
Websites we link to are operated by other organisations. Their own privacy policies apply to anything you do there.
Information we collect
We only collect what the enquiry form asks for, plus a small amount of information the system generates to keep the form working safely.
Information you submit may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your brand or company name
- The services you are interested in
- An approximate budget selection
- A timeline selection
- A description of your project
- Your confirmation that we may store these details to respond
- Anything else you choose to include in your message
Information the system records alongside your enquiry:
- The time the enquiry was submitted
- The page or source the enquiry came from, and the referring address where the browser provides one
- The status of the enquiry as we work through it
- Whether a studio notification for the enquiry was delivered
- One-way hashed technical fingerprints used to limit spam, throttle abuse and suppress accidental duplicate submissions
The enquiry record does not store your raw IP address or your raw browser user-agent string. Those signals are converted into one-way hashes that cannot be read back, and are used only for security and duplicate prevention. Enquiry records are not readable by public website visitors.
We may add a short internal status or note to an enquiry, purely to manage it and respond to you.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information through the form. It is not needed to start a conversation.
How we use information
We use the information you send to:
- Read and respond to your enquiry
- Understand the services and project requirements you are asking about
- Prepare an appropriate next step, conversation or proposal
- Manage the status of your enquiry and our communication with you
- Prevent spam, abuse and duplicate submissions
- Keep the website and its forms secure
- Meet contractual, accounting or legal obligations where these apply
- Improve the enquiry experience using limited operational information
We do not use enquiry information for advertising, remarketing or newsletters, and we do not add you to a marketing list automatically.
Consent and communication
Submitting the enquiry form confirms that Brandzy Creative Studio may use the details you supply to review and respond to your enquiry. That confirmation is required for the form to be sent.
- It does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
- You can ask us to withdraw an enquiry or delete your details at any time, subject to the retention reasons set out below.
Accepting our Website Terms is not part of sending an enquiry.
International processing
Some technology providers may process or store information in countries other than your own. Where this happens, the service is used only for legitimate website and enquiry operations, with reasonable access and security controls applied.
We do not promise that all information stays within any single country.
How long we keep information
Enquiry information is normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction.
We may keep it longer where reasonably necessary for:
- An active or continuing client relationship
- A proposal or contract still under discussion
- Accounting, payment or taxation records
- Disputes or legal claims
- Fraud, abuse or security investigations
- Compliance with applicable law
After the applicable period, information is deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable. Copies may persist briefly in routine system backups before those backups expire.
Security
At a high level, the enquiry system uses:
- Server-side validation of every submission
- Restricted database access with row-level access controls
- No public read access to enquiry records
- Spam and rate-limit protections
- Suppression of duplicate submissions
- One-way hashing of the limited technical fingerprints described above
- Access limited to authorised studio operations
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We work to protect information sent to us, but we cannot promise absolute security.
Your requests
You can write to studio@brandzycreatives.com to request, where applicable:
- Confirmation of whether we hold enquiry information about you
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of your enquiry information
- Withdrawal of consent for further enquiry communication
- Clarification about how your information is handled
- A response to a privacy concern or grievance
We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request, and we may need to retain some information where this is legally or operationally required.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses, professionals and adult users. They are not directed to children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has submitted information to us, please write to studio@brandzycreatives.com and we will look into it.
Third-party links
Our website links to external services such as Instagram. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and practices, and we are not responsible for what they do independently of us.

We may update this policy when:
- Website features change
- Our data practices change
- Our service providers change
- Applicable requirements change
The latest revision date is shown at the top of this page. We may not notify visitors individually about minor updates.
